In July 2017 young leaders of UNESCO Clubs movement from all over Russia arrived in the Altai Republic to participate in the Summer Academy of UNESCO Clubs. Within the framework of the Summer Academy, the participants acquainted with the main activities of the United Nations, UNESCO, the work of the World Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centres and Associations, visited master classes on communicative and leadership skills, lectures on the project activities in culture. 

Participants of the Academy acquainted with the unique culture of the Altai Republic, took part in public and cultural events dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the UNESCO Clubs’ global movement.
